Had an overall pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful and determined to find you a vehicle that fits your needs. We were stuck between a few vehicles and they let us test drive both. Staff is very patient and understanding, works with you, explains in details. Pros for us: low mileage, eligible to do uber if we wanted, excellent condition inside and out, clean title, 3 month warranty, already inspected til next year, new tires, current oil change, and we purchased outright but you have the option to finance what more can you ask for? Honestly with a business like this around theres no need to buy off marketplace or randoms in the street that might end up selling you a lemon. Thank you thank you thank you! Very honest and upfront pricing. Nice family owned business. My daughter purchased a vehicle here on Saturday. One week later she’s very happy with the vehicle. No lights or issues. However the only real complaint I have is it would have been nice if the vehicle was detailed. I was there very early Monday morning and I somewhat understand they couldn’t have detailed the inside of the vehicle. (I was there Saturday before 12pm, closes at 3pm, and they held the vehicle for me cause they required a certified check. I was at the shop Monday at 9:45am) The outside could have been washed. There was still bird droppings on the car. This is my only complaint. Very happy with the business and looking forward to my next vehicle here

Ryan was great! We were looking for a specific vehicle and Royal had that vehicle. Ryan had the vehicle ready for us when we arrived so we could take it for a test drive. The car was clean with no issues. Ryan didn’t hassle us or double talk like many car sales people. The purchasing process was relatively quick and smooth. We purchased the vehicle at a fair price and have been happy with its performance so far.

Best place to purchase a vehicle. This is literally family owned. It’s just the owner and his son. No surprises or hidden fees that big dealers will rip you off on. If you’re looking for a decent used vehicle to get you around, your look is over. Not only was Ryan not pushy, but he was very informative. You want a decent salesperson? Come here and Ryan will work a good deal with you without being pushy. At the end of the day, yes they’re trying to sell a vehicle but they’re not pushy, sneaky, and won’t rip you off. We’ve been ripped off before and I definitely knew what to look for this time around. Thanks Ryan! We’ll definitely send people your way if we ever look again. UPDATE * Took my car for inspection 8 months later and the shop asked if I did any work to the car. I said no just regular oil changes. Shop had indicated that brakes are practically new, tires are new and car is in great shape. Definitely recommend royal auto center to anyone buying a vehicle. Completely honest dealer!

I was unsure what to expect at this business. I did look up reviews and saw all great things. It was my first stop to look at a vehicle. I was met with Ryan's smile and outgoing personality.
