I have nothing but good things to say about Royal Auto Center. My son had skidded on ice and slammed into the curb with his 2019 BMW 330. The impact damage both right side tires, broke the control arm and bend the axle. That trigger the "Chassis stabilization error message". I had the car tow to BMW and I was quoted a price of $14,000 for repairs. I had the car towed to Royal Auto and they were able to source used wheels and get the parts and fix the car up for $2500. Massive savings and most importantly they did a fantastic job. Thanks again and keep up the good work

These people at Royal Auto are very nice and work with you to help you get the car you want there. Ryan gave us 3 months of free insurance incase anything would brake down on the car we could get it fixed for free. Ryan is a very sweet person and really looks at different options to try and get you the car you want. All the lady’s that work there to get you the title for the car you are buying are such sweetheart’s. When you go to get a car at Royal Auto you won’t leave disappointed. Just purchased a used car for my daughter from Ryan. The pictures online depicted the vehicle exactly and there were no surprises. There was a delay on my end regarding a time and date to complete the process and Ryan was more than understanding and accommodating. He even found 2 items that needed to be replaced on the vehicle and did so at their expense. I approached them looking for a new truck a couple weeks ago and even though they didn’t have the one I need at the time, Ryan promised me that they will do their best to get me one. 3 weeks later they found me an amazing truck. The best thing is that they have a notary right in their office and they also work with great banks for financing so I was able to do everything right there and walk out with the truck on the same day.
