Today is my 1 year anniversary purchasing a car from Royal Auto. This review has been long over due. Ryan, his brother and his dad did a great job with helping me pick out my car. Ryan was very attentive, respectful, patient, knowledgeable, dependable, and the list can go on. The business deal was very easy and reasonable. I had one minor issue the 1st month and the dad took care of it, gave me a loaner car while the issue was being resolved with the. He gave me the reassurance that was needed that I made the right decision doing business with Royal Auto. I have not had an issue since with this car. Very honest and upfront pricing. Nice family owned business. My daughter purchased a vehicle here on Saturday. One week later she’s very happy with the vehicle. No lights or issues. However the only real complaint I have is it would have been nice if the vehicle was detailed. I was there very early Monday morning and I somewhat understand they couldn’t have detailed the inside of the vehicle. (I was there Saturday before 12pm, closes at 3pm, and they held the vehicle for me cause they required a certified check. I was at the shop Monday at 9:45am) The outside could have been washed. There was still bird droppings on the car. This is my only complaint. Very happy with the business and looking forward to my next vehicle here

Ryan was great! We were looking for a specific vehicle and Royal had that vehicle. Ryan had the vehicle ready for us when we arrived so we could take it for a test drive. The car was clean with no issues. Ryan didn’t hassle us or double talk like many car sales people. The purchasing process was relatively quick and smooth. We purchased the vehicle at a fair price and have been happy with its performance so far.

Best place to purchase a vehicle. This is literally family owned. It’s just the owner and his son. No surprises or hidden fees that big dealers will rip you off on. If you’re looking for a decent used vehicle to get you around, your look is over. Not only was Ryan not pushy, but he was very informative. You want a decent salesperson? Come here and Ryan will work a good deal with you without being pushy. At the end of the day, yes they’re trying to sell a vehicle but they’re not pushy, sneaky, and won’t rip you off. UPDATE * Took my car for inspection 8 months later and the shop asked if I did any work to the car. I said no just regular oil changes. Shop had indicated that brakes are practically new, tires are new and car is in great shape. Definitely recommend royal auto center to anyone buying a vehicle. Completely honest dealer!

I was unsure what to expect at this business. I did look up reviews and saw all great things. It was my first stop to look at a vehicle. I was met with Ryan's smile and outgoing personality. I told him what I was looking at and he quickly let me test drive it. Afterwards he answered all my questions. By far best experience I’ve ever had at a used car place, they don’t try and just take your money they actually want what’s best for you. I highly recommend this place for any type of car, their prices are fair and the car I got was in amazing condition!

I’m happy to have finally found a great honest mechanic. From the moment I stepped in I felt welcome. They checked out a few issues I was having and explained the reasons for each in a way I could easily understand. The quoted price for repairs was exactly what I paid (nothing suddenly higher at the end which happened to me many other times at other places). I would highly recommend them. Purchased a 2011 Toyota Prius from Royal Auto Center in May of 2022. Talked over the phone and via text before making the drive to RAC. Ryan was helpful with info on the vehicle I was interest in and a trade-in quote. When I arrived at the dealer he was ready for the test drive and answered any questions I had. We negotiated a fair trade-in value and made the deal. The vehicle I purchased was in good condition cosmetically and mechanically (Though not the cleanest). On the drive home I noticed the vehicle was a little bumpy/rough and pulling to the right. I dropped it off with my mechanic. The tires needed to be balanced. It also needed an alignment. $231.00 total. Driving much smoother now. I've put about 500 miles on it. Still driving well. No check engine lights, etc. My experience with RAC was positive. Ryan (and the other staff) were friendly. After the deal was made Ryan did the paperwork and notary in a timely manner. I'd buy another vehicle from them if the deal was right. 06/19/2023 Update: After one year, I had the 2011 Prius inspected 5/23. It needed nothing. Averaging about 58 mpg. Not burning any oil at 171340 miles. Great car. 04/17/2024 Update: After two years still running strong at 189000. Needed nothing at inspection, but had to replace wheel bearings. Still averaging high 50s mpg.

I have a 2009 FJ Criuser that died on the road. Contacted Ryan from Royal Auto to get instruction to where to leave the vehicle. They shopped and got me the best price for the fuel pump. I know because I checked. Royal Auto had my car ready the following day. I had only a small amount of gas inside and they added gas for me. I give 5 stars.
