I was looking for a specific type vehicle... I went to about 5 different places all around...maybe a 50 mile radius from my home....was not working out...it was a rainy gloomy day and I told my wife, let's look for one more spot...so I googled from one car places parking lot,, ROYAL AUTO came up...we had spent a lot of time trying to find the right vehicle...we went to ROYAL, I met Ryan's dad initially, super nice guy...the inventory is excellent. He gave me a website to apply...we applied in the PARKING LOT, and went grocery shopping....Ryan called me and said hey, we can get you approved...we paid and went straight back...no more than 45 minutes after the application...when I say that you walk in,,, and you feel like family, its no exaggeration! The staff, and specifically Ryan, was amazing...the only hiccups we had were on our end...we rolled out a few hours later in an amazing vehicle...a week later I had a small issue, Ryan text me right back, and I went right then and there..he fixed the issue!! This is a top notch car dealer right in Allentown pa...I will never buy another used car,unless its Royal!! That's ??fact!!! Good people! Great business! I give them an 11 out of 10

I have nothing but good things to say about Royal Auto Center. My son had skidded on ice and slammed into the curb with his 2019 BMW 330. The impact damage both right side tires, broke the control arm and bend the axle. That trigger the "Chassis stabilization error message". I had the car tow to BMW and I was quoted a price of $14,000 for repairs. I had the car towed to Royal Auto and they were able to source used wheels and get the parts and fix the car up for $2500. Massive savings and most importantly they did a fantastic job. Thanks again and keep up the good work
